Now

Currently, I’m re-learning the language, from B1 to C1, now I’m learning German C1 in the Essen, Germany.

I also plan to look for an iOS development job in Germany soon.

2020.12 - 04.2023

I started working for a multinational company, I had to communicate in English since many of my colleagues are abroad.

This experience has helped me adapt to Englisch-based work practices and learn more rigorous workflow standards. We frequently use online meetings and send emails to confirm work-related matters.

After completing my code, I request Code Review from my colleagues and submit Merge Request.

I’ve also learned various Git Commands, including git reset, git revert, git rebase and `` git discard`.

Life in Beijing has a fast pace, and the city’s size means that spending a lot of time commuting is the norm. My daily routine typically involves leaving home at 8 AM and returning at 9 PM. By the time I finish my evening routine, the day is over.

Additionally, I often work overtime until 11 PM or even midnight, and sometimes I work on weekends. This busy lifestyle has left me with little time for walking, running, or vacationing, resulting in a weight gain of 15 Kg.

Later, my colleagues and I decided to climb Mount Tai, one of the Five Great Mountains. We started our ascent at 11 PM and took five hours to reach the summit. During the climb, we talked a lot about the future, which brought up many thoughts and reflections.

However, when I stood atop Mount Tai, over 1,500 meters high, I felt like my life was just beginning. This experience made me realize the importance of making time for life.

So, I decided to move to Germany to find a job and start a new life.

01.2020

Because of the COVID-19, the company is closed. Because everyone is not allowed to go out, I can’t find a new job. Then I decided to do a project with my friends.

In this year, I learned Java, Golang and VUE, we did a project. Then use Docker to deploy in the Linux server.

Although I didn’t get a dood income, but I learned a lot in this year.

09.2018

After finishing my time in Germany, I returned to Beijing, China, and began a new chapter in my work life.

06.2018

From this year, I began to take the German certificate, TestDaf and DSH. My friend and I travel while taking exams. The Netherlands, France and Italy, also in Germany. Then I got the DSH2 certificate.

And at this time, I don’t want to continue to apply for the master. So in June, I returned to China, too.

I spent some time at home with my parents, and then went out to travel with friends.

10.2014 – 10.2016

While I was working, I wanted to improve myself, so I signed up for a weekend German language course. After thress months of studying, my interest in German grew, and I wanted to learn more about the world. This inspired me to plan a trip to Germany to study the language and explore ist culture.

On the first day of 2016, I send my personal documents to the APS (Academic Evaluation Centre) to prepare for the APS assessment. Over the next few months, I organiyed my university academic knowledge in English.

I’m glad that I passed APS test.

On October 5, 2016, I set foot on German soil for the first time, making the beginning of my journey in learning German.

04.2014

After four months of training in iOS development, I began my professional career.

12.2013

I’m about to enter my final semester of college. In this year, I found that mobile development will become mainstream. And took a four months of iOS development training course in Beijing.
